Who we are
Santa Clara Porta Pros started because job sites and event planners got tired of distant rental companies that didn't return calls or show up on schedule. We're local. We keep our fleet in Santa Clara so we can reach job sites in Campbell, Cupertino and Milpitas within an hour. Our drivers know the area. When you call with a problem on a Friday night, you reach a person who can help, not a voicemail system three cities away.
We maintain every unit in-house. A standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons and measures about 44 by 48 inches on the ground, so it fits tight spaces. When OSHA 1926.51(c) requires 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal for every 40 workers on a construction site, we size your order right the first time. We also pump septic tanks, typically every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household size. Our restroom trailers come in 2-stall, 4-stall and 8-stall models for events that demand something nicer than a standard unit. See restroom trailer rental for current rates.

What we rent
Porta potty rental covers standard and deluxe units for daily, weekend and monthly terms. ADA accessible porta potties meet ADA Standards section 213.2, requiring at least one accessible unit when single-user portable toilets are clustered. Our portable sink rental and handwashing station rental satisfy 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), which requires washing facilities with soap and towels or a hand drying device.
Roll-off dumpster rental runs from 10 to 40 yards for renovation debris, demolition waste and construction scrap. A roll-off delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, so we'll scout your lot before the truck arrives. Storage container rental holds tools, equipment and materials on-site for weeks or months. Temporary fence rental secures the perimeter. See construction dumpster rental for project-specific sizing.
Septic pumping service empties residential and commercial tanks. A grease interceptor is pumped when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. We also handle emergency septic service on nights and weekends when a tank backs up and can't wait. Call ahead so we can schedule a truck.

Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver same-day?
Yes, most days before noon. Call early and we'll confirm. Holidays and weekends may need advance notice. Weekend and emergency deliveries carry a premium rate.
What if I need the unit serviced during the rental?
We service standard units weekly under the baseline service agreement. Heavier use may need mid-week visits. Let us know your site traffic and we'll recommend a schedule.
Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?
Monthly rates are lower per day than weekly, and weekly is lower than daily. The longer you rent, the less it costs per unit per day. Email or call with your dates and we'll quote.
Can you place a dumpster in the street?
Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the City of Santa Clara. We'll help coordinate, but you may need a permit. Ask when you call.
What's the difference between standard and deluxe porta potties?
Deluxe units have a flushing toilet, a sink with running water, soap and paper towels. Standard units are a dry toilet with ventilation. Deluxe costs more but looks and feels like an actual restroom. Most events upgrade. Most construction sites stick with standard.
